Cancellation & Refunds Policy

• In any unavoidable condition user can cancel the trip by providing a written application with the PNR number and receipt details.

• They have to charge as per the cancellation policy.

No. of days prior to departure - Cancellation Charges

More than 60 days - 5%

60 days to 46 days - 10%

​

45 days to 31 days - 25%

30 days to 15 days - 50%

14 days to 0 days - 100%

• Air ticket cancellation charges are extra as per the policy of the Airlines.

• The company can deduct the Government Taxes after applying cancellation charges.

• Min cancellation charges are 1000/-INR

• Payment will be refunded to the client's account number within 30 days after cancellation.
